Day 08- Short term goals for this month and why

well, i have a shit heap ton of work to do in the next week, which’ll determine what happens for the rest of the month workwise. at the end of the month, i’m taking a road trip, and in between there? the meat in the bun i guess.

i’m gonna go with jungle.
i grew up with proper rave music in 1990; i really liked 808 state and fell down the musical rabbithole from there, so i started buying & listening to as much of it as i could, despite the fact that i was well underage, unaware of underground parties & not interested in drugs.

i never was a comic book kind of guy, so i’m going to talk about a personal hero. i like survivors. i like bad behavior and those who live to tell the tale. and there’s pretty much only one dude who, when i’m in a situation where i have an internal question, i think, “what would he do?”

what habit do i wish i didn’t have?
i guess one would be procrastination. i put stuff off, sometimes to my detriment. but lately i’ve been breaking the habit of waiting until tomorrow to do what i need to do today. i’m down right assertive. what the fuck’s happened to me lately?!?
